Why did you enter The Investors in People Awards 2020?
We were awarded Platinum accreditation for the first time this year, a highlight for our 40th year in business, and the awards are a further recognition of DRPG’s commitment to investing in our people and nurturing their talent.
You’ve been announced as a Finalist – what does that mean to you and your people?
Being part of an esteemed list of finalists, not just in our respective category but across all categories, is a great achievement in itself. It’s always fantastic to share this kind of news with the team as it’s also a celebration of their hard work and contributions that make DRPG a great place to work.
What would you say is the stand out point in your entry?
We believe in ‘anything’s possible’ and the developmental journeys of our team members is testimony to that. Our Head of Media, Ben Wallace’s journey is particularly inspirational, demonstrating how innovation, dedication and belief can place you in good stead and open up a world of opportunities.
What would it mean to win?
Winning the award would be a proud celebration of our entire team. The Board and management are very fortunate to work with a diverse group of talented individuals who not only work tirelessly to create and deliver outstanding work for our clients, but have fun doing so as a team!
