Why did you enter the Investors in People Awards 2020
We decided to enter The Investors in People Awards 2020 because even though we think we are doing it right you only truly know that if others judge you.
You’ve been announced as a Finalist – what does that mean to you and your people.
With 2020 being a very difficult year for everyone and lots of uncertainty ahead to be listed as a finalist came as a huge boost to everyone at NATA. We have used it within social media and on our emails, eliciting positive comments from our customers.
What would you say is the stand-out point of your entry?
I think the standout was that our application showed that as a team we really do go the extra mile for our service users.
What would it mean to win?
Winning would be a fantastic end to this year, it would give us a big platform to build on for the future with our customers and employees.
